The photo, taken on November 1, shows villagers harvesting taro pumpkins at Xiaojiang Village, Xiaopu Town, Jiangyong County. This year the county government has leveraged its local conditions to plant 120,000 mu (8,000 ha.) of special vegetables including taro pumpkins, green-skinned wax gourds, and radishes, with an average income of 5,000 yuan per mu (about 0.07 hectares) reached. These agricultural products sell well in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
